Exceptionally clean and NICELY DECORATED place with amiable and excellent staff. Located 10 min walk away from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station.

It was a very pleasant stay during our week-long vacation. The location was central, magnificent close to Yellowstone. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Granny's Restaurant that was only 20 minutes' walk away.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Immaculate, normal double room with microwave, very comfortable beds, fridge, and peaceful location.

Loved every minute of being there, would recomand. Good staff and location, overall the hotel was perfect. Helpful and attentive staff with this young male desk clerk, as expected. The room I booked was neatwith tv's and microwave, as for instance. Great restaurant served local specialties.

The room was a veryvery comfy and tidy economy double, ideal for my solo travels and exploring the beautiful landmarks nearby.

Everyting actually, but first of all, the kind welcoming from the lady at the front desk, the whole staff seemed to be very kind and willing to make sure guests felt home. I did not necessarily have always the same feeling at other models/hotels.

The staff was friendly and cheerful. They even upgraded our room which gave us extra space to breathe. The living room had a pull-out couch that was surprisingly comfortable, who knew? We were exhausted after that long drive, and this place really lit up our spirits.

Yeah, it wasn't exactly a bargain, but still, it was a good deal for what we got.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The tv did not work at all and when we mentioned it as we were leaving in the morning, the staff said that they were aware of it and tried to fix it themselves. We asked if the problem was occuring in any of the other rooms. They replied, no, that it was just our room. We feel that they should have adjusted the price of the room at that time.

Excellent disabled facilities in the bathroom. Easy access into downtown but too far to walk. Free internet access.

Small breakfast room but complimentary breakfast included.

Very noisy. Could hear people on top of my room, every step they took and next door could hear until 2 a.m. No breakfast.

The queen room with two queen beds was super comfy. The beds and pillows was like they belonged in a 4-star hotel. The location was convenient, and the on-site gym was a nice added feature. The staff was helpful, accommodating my request for a ground-floor room due to my knees.

They need to have a better breakfast (value wise) for the money you pay for the motel.

We didn't care for it that lobby closed from midnight to 6 am. We left hotel to travel for the day at 4:45 am and wished lobby would have been open / useable.

Very nice rooms, good continental breakfast and great location.
